Leadership Orientation Classes for the Kingdom is 6 weeks of classes which include: 
- Foundation for Christian Growth
- Baptism in the Holy Ghost
- Biblical Finances
- Effective Evangelism
- Ministry of Helps
- Vision
A person must complete these classes to be eligible to work in any area of the ministry.
